For more than 25 years, I’ve specialized in large-scale illustrative tattoos here in San Diego. From sleeves to full backs, bodysuits, and complex cover-ups, my process has always been rooted in strong design, flow, and longevity. Over the years, one question has come up again and again from both clients and other artists: “How do you build these large compositions and where do you start?”
This year, I’m excited to finally share something I’ve been developing for a long time: a comprehensive tattoo composition book. It’s built to showcase the tools and structures I use daily at Remington Tattoo in North Park, San Diego.
